Warranty coverage
Products are covered against defects resulting from manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow product instructions
- Damage from impact, dropping, or other external forces
- Products that have been modified or repaired without our authorisation
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
Return policy
You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during shipping
Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos or videos so we can verify the issue.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, unless required by law.
Returned products must
- Be in their original condition
- Include all accessories (if applicable)
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order details
Once your request is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
